The first available function is the Search for affected parcels of the land registry from RÚIAN.

The data in the DGN/DWG drawing is projected onto the land registry and you can quickly and massively get information about affected and neighbouring parcels.

The output is the geometry of the affected parcels and information about the land, buildings or units, including a link to the Czech Land Registry application for obtaining information about the owners.

Functionality within the Search for affected CN parcels from RÚIAN:

• Search for affected parcels according to the exact geometry of the project - upload DGN/DWG drawings;
• Easy analysis of protection zones - possibility of entering the envelope zone of objects (geometry);
• Search for neighbouring parcels - optional application parameter;
• The output is the geometry of affected and neighbouring parcels in DGN/DWG/SHP format;
• All the information about the affected parcels is available in one table (parcel number, area, land use, numbering type, land type, link to the National Court Register);
• The table also contains calculations of the lengths and areas of intersections of the input geometry with the cadastral parcels.
