Before joining HRDLIČKA I worked for 8 years in a small family business. Given the size of the company there was nowhere to move professionally, so I longed for change. Based on my profile on the job portal, Hrdlička approached me and then it was fast. I started as the head of the workplace in Pilsen. Now I am in the company for the third year and holds the position of regional manager. Due to the structure of the company, which consists of many local branches, it is possible to feel like a family business while enjoying the benefits of a large company in the form of state-of-the-art technical and software equipment, great support from the technical and sales department problem to someone from a wide range of experts in our field located in our company.
