This year we organized our traditional teambuilding in the beautiful landscape of Brdy, specifically in the Brdy Camp near Věšín. Upon arrival, everyone was able to enjoy a free program or sports activities or just sit and have fun with colleagues from all branches across the country. We enjoyed the outdoor concert to celebrate the life anniversary of the owner Martin Hrdlicka and the banquet. Great facilities and service ensured that the evening's enjoyment extended into the early hours.
Despite the busy night, most of us joined in the competitive activities. The organizers divided us into mixed teams to compete in different disciplines. Lunch was followed by a group activity - building the tallest paper tower using cardboard and ingenuity.
The second evening was more intimate, as some colleagues had already left and others were overcome with fatigue from the previous night and sporting activities. We enjoyed sitting together, relaxing as well roasting marshmallows, and singing songs around the campfire.
Our Executive Director considers these gatherings very important for cohesion and understanding, especially with employees from fifteen chapters across the country. These events allow us to get to know each other better, and to understand that we are all fine people solving the same problems, whether we are from town or village, Moravia or Bohemia.
We are glad that we can overcome these barriers and we are looking forward to more meetings together. Thanks to the organizing team from Pilsen and Prague for a great program and choice of a nice place.
